I bought my 2012 Charger (her) from SHAG 10 years ago with 9 miles on the odometer. I had her serviced at SHAG for the last time with 162K miles last week. Sold her to a neighborhood kid who has wanted the DBATMBL since the day I bought it. Changed the oil, serviced the AC and gave her the once over. Wanted to give the new owner piece of mind that she still has many years and miles left. When looking for a new car, we looked at all of the SHAG dealerships and no luck. I will miss the fantastic customer service I received. With the exception of tires, every service including body work was done at the N Military Highway. Prior to the Charger was my Ford Explorer also purchased from SHAG. I have enjoyed many years of Southern Hospitality. Thank you. More

the service associates, Tina and Stevie are absolutely fantastic. They were a great help to me. My jeep had 8000 miles on it so i brought it in for my oil change and tire rotation. Picked it up and sev fantastic. They were a great help to me. My jeep had 8000 miles on it so i brought it in for my oil change and tire rotation. Picked it up and several hours later had to have it towed back to them. Was told the thermostat was sticking and the coolant valve seal was broke so leaked out all of my coolant. Picked it up and the next day, there was mud all over it and even on the inside of my door and had to call them because now the fan did not work and it was overheating so had to take it back again. Three times in one week. They have all been extremely nice and helpful but the work.....i will say no more. It was very inconveniencing. They did give me a loaner and Beatrice was absolutely the best person in the world. She made that experience very painless. More
