Come to find out, they still hadn't addressed the original concerns and and work that was already approved and expected. Took over a week to get vehicle back and still wanted to " upsale" additional work. While paying for repairs, over heard the sales manager berate, yell and cuss at another service department employee for an incident he created himself by not paying attention. I will be very hesitant to continue business with this location in the future. More

Worst service ever and would like to speak to someone about it. I was sold a jeep that I'm almost 100% was not test driven. I almost died on the interstate. Truck came in for inspection was failed for exhaust leak (broken bolt )was told by service writer it would be covered I would have to pay 100.00 deductible later was called and told that mechanic had now fo (broken bolt )was told by service writer it would be covered I would have to pay 100.00 deductible later was called and told that mechanic had now found “rusted”bolt and it would not be covered or pay another 385.00 this is the second time the truck has been see here for issues and not been covered by the extended warranty sold and advertised by your dealership. The truck was repaired by another vendor at half the cost of just your rusted bolt removal extra cost. More

I went in to rotate my tires and take my spare off the spare rim and on to my normal rim,was sent on my way.When I got 1-2 miles down the road my tire pressure light came on, go back & was told my spare w spare rim and on to my normal rim,was sent on my way.When I got 1-2 miles down the road my tire pressure light came on, go back & was told my spare wasn't fitting the reg rim (aka the rim and spare that came with the truck) was told i needed to buy a new tire but that you probably didn't have any in stock.Finally got a tire, they didn't even bother the put the spare back on the spare rim, just tossed both in the bed of the truck.( I was there from 8:30 till 2:20) Very disappointed cause I've bought my last 2 trucks from you guys in 8 years .
