Experience was fine and everyone was nice. Car I wanted to see was available and got to do the test drive; deal on the car was fine. Also, don't put your hours of service as beginning at 9 if your entire staff is going to be in a morning meeting till 9:45...Tell us you open at 10 and we will show up then. Easy fix. More
