Mrs Tina has been amazing and helpful beyond words, there was a mishap with my jeep and has created some issues with the system and the jeep was messed up in the process. I don’t appreciate your way. I will handle the second time around about my jeep compass for that concern. I really don’t think they treated me right the second time around trying to use me up for more money that I don’t have, look if only salesman Mr Tim would’ve handled things differently and not kick me to the curb you got it took a little time out and looked at it. This is my wife’s car and when something happened I look for someone to to assist me help me out a lot better because the problem could be serious. I’m known mechanic all I’m saying you mean to take a little time and just look it over would have Hurt him, Tim that’s bad business More

It took them 6 days to do a diagnostic on my Jeep. They were going to charge $2,000 to replace my radiator. I had it towed over 300 miles ($700) and paid only $800 to have the radiator replaced in Co They were going to charge $2,000 to replace my radiator. I wouldn’t recommend this dealership for repairs. Original review posted on January 19th, 2024: The vehicle needed some maintenance repairs and now the dealership has had the vehicle over 2 months. I was told the warranty only covers 6 days for a loaner and I was set up with a rental, but I was only allowed to keep it for 5 days. I had the vehicle towed in early November and I was told early December it would be ready the week of December 18th. I was then told it was be ready January 5th and then on January 4th I was advised it wouldn’t be ready in the 5th but it would be ready the week of the week of January 8th. Today is January 19th and still no update since the beginning of January. I’ve tried calling and leaving voicemails several times to no avail. I’ve also called and requested to speak to a service manager, the first time I did not get to speak to a service manager as the receptionist said she was able to talk to the service advisor and she told her it would be January 5th. I called again today and requested to speak to a service manager since my calls do not get returned and I need my vehicle, I’ve been on hold for OVER 45 MINUTES. The receptionist checked in after the first few minutes to let me know she was “still here” and that she was checking with them. Purchasing from here is alright but I do not recommend getting your vehicle serviced here. Update: After posting this, I was contacted regarding my vehicle and was set up with a rental. I was asked could l remove the survey and I did with intentions to reshare my story once repairs were completed. More
This is a continuation from the previous review. Although the dealership was still waiting on my radio to come in, they ended up giving me my car back because the other repairs were complete and the Although the dealership was still waiting on my radio to come in, they ended up giving me my car back because the other repairs were complete and the car was drivable again. They had my vehicle from the beginning of Nov to the middle of February. Once I received my car back, I noticed several issues that were not there before: headlights were not working (had to use high beams), signal lights were not working in the front, and usb ports were not charging my phone (unable to use car play). I assume all of these issues were a result from working not being placed back properly with the repairs. I contacted the dealership in regard to this and ultimately decided to wait until the radio came in to get all of the repairs done at once. Unfortunately on May 7th, my car started running hot so I had my car towed here since I was still waiting on a repair that they already filed through my warranty. On May 21st, Tina left me a voicemail and texted stating that she got everything covered under the warranty and that the parts would be there the next day and hopefully the vehicle would be ready that afternoon, but she needed my authorization. I texted back to let her know it was fine. I didn’t hear anything back so I texted again the next day to confirm, no response. On June 12th, I receive a text stating that they now need to tear the engine down, which would take 5 hours and I would be responsible for that labor time if not covered by warranty, and that the vehicle was given to a different mechanic. I authorized this that same day. On June 25th, I reached out to check for any updates since I have not heard anything and Tina advised that there were no updates on getting the engine tore down due to a system hack. I understand some times things out of our control happen, so I decided to be patient and understanding. I read online that any dealerships affected by the hack should be back up the week of the 4th, so I decided to follow up the following Monday, 7/8. There were no updates on the vehicle because a car that was there “longer than mine” just got done. Tina said he would be be bring it in on 7/9 to tear down the engine (approximately 5 hours) and I haven’t heard anything since although today is now the 17th. This is the only vehicle that I have so I have had to Uber to and from work, and purchase rentals out of pocket for the past 2 months. This adds up quickly and I’m extremely dissatisfied and frustrated. This time I will NOT be removing any reviews. More
