My 13’ Jeep Wrangler was in the shop over 6 months. I was told it was a supply chain issue. I needed a ring and pinion gear for a Dana 30. I finally called Chrysler and asked for help. But because of poor diagnosis. There were more parts needed. Also it seams to me that only one tech. Can work on a vehicle, there were 2 days after all the parts arrived that the tech took a couple days off now don’t you think that is this was your business and a vehicle and been sitting there that long they will get another tech to complete the job More
I bought my vehicle from this dealership in its current configuration and a current state inspection. I took it back for another inspection and they failed it due to LED fog lamps. I have not changed any b configuration and a current state inspection. I took it back for another inspection and they failed it due to LED fog lamps. I have not changed any bulbs on the vehicle and they refused to pass the vehicle or replace them for free. They charged me $84 to replace the lights on a vehicle that has passed every state inspection since I bought it from them in 2018. Free inspections for life, but it looks like they use those inspections to make money off of you. More
Litrice was helpful with assisting me in getting my truck. I noticed that there were 3 features missing from my vehicle that was listed online and on the sticker but were not installed into my truck (A truck. I unfortunately noticed this after signing and driving off the lot, and would have included this in the pricing negation since I will have to to spend over 2k to have these features installed. I also wanted my get my car loan through navy fed and asked the sales rep if I would have to go to the bank myself first before purchasing. They said I do not and they can process the loan through navy fed, through the dealership. When I got to financing I was informed that I couldn’t process the loan through navy fed and could only go through the credit union they already had on standby. I unfortunately did not have the choice other to sign with that bank and will have to have the loan refinanced at a later date. More
