The service attendant did not notice the ruptured seal- which released all of the oil. They drove a long thick oil slick and then drove over the fresh oil slick as they attempted to find a parking spot. Th which released all of the oil. Upon being told about the failure the attendant returned to the Fiat and intended to drive the completely oil free engine again. The incompetence is only matched by the failure for anyone in charge to take responsibility for the incident. I attempted to communicate with the shop- calling over 26 times. The service department was obviously too busy to respond but the many people that I spoke to on the phone also couldn't be bothered to get up from their chair- or take a message to the required human. Service- you must be kidding. I am only filling out the review because all attempts to be heard were ignored. More
