Wrote a review about a month regarding my experience with the dealer when purchasing a new car. The dealer responded to my post saying they would contact and attempt to solve the issue, and I was never conta the dealer when purchasing a new car. The dealer responded to my post saying they would contact and attempt to solve the issue, and I was never contacted back since then. My salesman was misguided my on how I was able to finance my car. I was told I was able to finance through navy federal, and when I reached the finance department, I was told I was not anymore and unfortunately had to sign up with a different bank. Car had many features listed on the sales sticker, and processing documentation that I noticed was missing after the sale. More
