Tina was great in the end. I brought my truck in for the 67a recall. When I dropped it off the service people did not know anything about the extended warranty on the emissions I brought my truck in for the 67a recall. They actually were rude to me and told me that "Cummins & Chrysler have nothing to do with each other." Tina was not rude it was the guy that she was looking to for answers. When I picked up my truck after the recall I showed Tina the paper work from Chrysler that gave the details on the extended warranty...she was truly shocked. More
