My 2001 Jeep Cherokee started experiencing trouble at the tail end of a 4-hour drive home. Fortunately, I was just 1.5 miles from Southern at that point, and she was able to “limp” in to their service center tail end of a 4-hour drive home. Sam Vanderslice was our service advisor, and he couldn’t have been more courteous, caring and helpful. Our Jerp was back on the road in less than 36 hours. We’ll definitely take her back to Southern for future maintenance and service! More
