First the tech wasted oil all over my jeep. Please see my Google review. I went in for a simple oil change. They recommended a brake flush which I agreed too. Three hours later as I'm driving to my parents house vehicle loses power as well as power steering. Battery light is on as well as airbag traction control and check engine. Jeep begins to smoke. Had to call fire department as my family and I were stranded on highway. Fire dept said all fluids had ran out of vehicle and engine was smoking. I called service manager and he said to bring it back. How?? I'm three hours away on the side of the road. I had a perfectly good vehicle in need of an oil change until I went here and no one has called to even attempt to make it right. My attorney will be reaching out to the owners of the dealership shortly as we are in the process of suing. More

I brought my Jeep in for a recall. I have more problems now than when I brought it. I get a clutch over heating error with is what the recall was for. We have bought vehicles from quite a few different dealerships. We have bought specifically from Southern three times. We keep going back because we always get a salesperson who is willing to go the e dealerships. We have bought specifically from Southern three times. This purchase in particular was the best because the GM took his time to assure we were pleased with the deal and got only the extras we wanted. More
My Vehicle was taken in for flat tire repair. The next day, the Dealership called said tire was repaired. I arrived to pick up my vehicle and the tire was completely flat, so not sure what was do The next day, the Dealership called said tire was repaired. I arrived to pick up my vehicle and the tire was completely flat, so not sure what was done. A new tire was eventually ordered under my warranty. It took 6 days to order/ receive the new tire. Finally received the vehicle with the new tire 6 days later. I feel that because my vehicle was purchased at a different Southern location, I wasn’t prioritized as a customer. When I dropped the vehicle off for repair, I was told no rental cars where available, but I had spoken to the manager in that department earlier that day she assured me that a rental vehicle would be available for me once I dropped the car off. The manager of the rental department was courteous and professional. She explained the coverage allowance with my warranty and treated me with dignity as opposed to just another number. Kudos to Mrs. Beatrice Miles for exceptional people skills and customer service. More
