Kevin Steele was super in every aspect of the process. He was also very patient with me as I am no spring chicken and have never bought a new vehicle by myself. My husband always took care of the negotiating. I may never buy another new vehicle before I leave this world but if I do, I will go straight to Kevin and have him get what I want. Taken advantage of We had an emergency on our way back from vacation .... heater core lines needed replaced. the work was completed in a reasonable amount of time and w We had an emergency on our way back from vacation .... heater core lines needed replaced. the work was completed in a reasonable amount of time and we were on our way. after we got home I realized that we had the same work done previously at the Chrysler dealer back home....the only difference was Pomoco charged us $343.33 for labor and our home town Chrysler dealer charged $186.00. The same exact part was installed at almost double the labor charge! I called and spoke to the service manager and he said he found nothing wrong with the labor charge. More
