I came to Pomoco's Service Department on a whim to get a scheduled maintenance thing completed. The guy who runs the oil change department (3rd door when you walk in), I believe his name is RoSean - is professional, friendly, and the most helpful car-dealership employee I have EVER encountered. He is also quick/ you can tell he values your time. Becky and the other woman who work behind the counter at "pick up" are also top notch. When my car needs to be replaced, I will go to Pomoco specifically because of the positive experience these service staff members have provided me. I will only go here for service.
