The reason I gave 4 stars is because I have purchased 3 jeep vehicles in the past(other dealerships) and in my experiences, the Service/Repairs is often were dealership service is lacking. My salesman, Matt Johns, really knew the Dodge lineup, was friendly, listened to what I had to say about how I was going to use the Ram, answered all my questions, and offered information about the new body style and featuresI was not aware of. The entire process was painless and I could not be happier. I've already recommended not only the dealership but Matt as well to several people that expressed interest in a new vehicle after an upclose look at the Ram.
