When something needed to be done, he explained it before hand and afterwards and was open to suggestions or counter offers. He made sure the truck I bought was exactly what I wanted and everything on it met my approval. He assured me on the vehicle inspection/operation, that anything not working would be fixed, repaired or replaced.
