They won’t give rental cars to persons under 25. I paid for my rental car out of pocket and my service advisor called and asked “can I afford it” so unprofessional. I sit and wait nobody gives updates on when it will be done it doesn’t even seem like they care that it gets fixed. Im over it. Seems like a new part has to be “ordered” each time I drop it off and they’ve kept my car for days at a time so I’m not understanding why they are still finding problems. Dealership has changed. Appointment set and confirmed, received an early request to come in. I sat in the service waiting room for one hour then was told to pick-up my truck Appointment set and confirmed, received an early request to come in.
