I was disappointed by the fact that they did not find out what was wrong with my van.Had the car towed there they saw that it did not start but when the technician checked it 2 days later it was not repeatin what was wrong with my van.Had the car towed there they saw that it did not start but when the technician checked it 2 days later it was not repeating the problem. This was the second time I had it towed there for the same problem but cannot find what is wrong with it. More

They really want to make a deal. But they don't pressure you either. The additional fees are not very clear. In my case some where just omitted. The service manager was very nice and helpful. I actually thought I had made an appointment online and somehow I didn’t. He worked us in and actually showed me the fix the my high beam problem. Deceptive pricing. The “buy it now” price online doesn’t reflect all the additional fees that aren’t required by law such as LoJack, paint protection, freight, glass et The “buy it now” price online doesn’t reflect all the additional fees that aren’t required by law such as LoJack, paint protection, freight, glass etching, ect. If the buyer is forced to pay these fees then the “buy it now” price online should reflect those fees. It’s false advertising and very deceptive pricing. More
