Communication with the dealership was terrible. Five times, I called and was told that the service department would call me back. They never did. One of those times, I called the service manager’s Five times, I called and was told that the service department would call me back. They never did. One of those times, I called the service manager’s direct line. I told him about the previous four calls, and even he never called me back. More
