I believed that the mechanics were not knowledgeable about my car. They asked me to locate the horn, but they were unable to connect the fob of my key to the car, and they overcharged me. The man who drove me home was the most wonderful experience. Despite the service management giving me a discount for not being able to connect the flop to my key, I felt like I was overcharged for the services since all they did was reconnect the horn, which costing $199.
