Best Dealership After moving to the Hampton Roads area, we used another dealership for the service department for both of out Dodge vehicles. After realizing that the other dealership was not very good, we turned to Pomoco Dodge, and we loved it! We bought 2 Dodge Rams there, and we get every service for our vehicles there. After purchasing jeep and Chrysler products from the same dealer and a Hampton Pomoco dealer, I returned to the service dept that has consistently had customer service at the top of their priority list. The administration staff, led by Rick Starr, is also very good and Rick exhibits great customer service. It may be the sales staff that interact first with a potential customer, but after the sale, the real dealership is the service department...the staff, the mechanics, the parts people, these are the heart of the enterprise and because of them, I have bought 4 new cars from Pomomo.
