This year I'm deployed and contacted Kevin via email to purchase a 2015 Charger RT, in efforts to help my wife through the process he set everything up by phone, that way she only has to sign paperwork when she picks up the car. It was a tremendous help, because my wife is home alone with 3 kids. I had been in the market for a 2014 Jeep Grand Cherokee and after several months Pomoco posted a certified used 2014 Jeep Grand Cherokee for about $1,500 cheaper than any other dealer on the market. From the initial phone call with James he was upmost professional and willing to help. This was my first time purchasing a car so I was very skeptical and needed some additional guidance. Throughout the process James was very knowledgable and actually walked me through the process step-by-step. This was most impressive since I was located 3 hours away in Northern Virginia. James helped me to get my insurance coverage switched over, my bank loan approved, and the car detailed for pick up. By the time I got to the dealership (Nearly 9PM) James was still there waiting with Bill and they had everything ready to go.
