I researched my Ram 1500 a lot before I went to buy and I can honestly say their profit margin nearly 5% on top of the 5% off the other dealer gave. I never have a bad experience at this service department. I bought my SUV there when it was a Lincoln dealership in 2003 and it is the only place I have had it serviced at.
