Best dealer experience I've ever had! First of all, I generally rate car shopping and buying as one of my least favorite activities. Maybe I should change that to reflect before I started my relationship with Pomoco on Jefferson Avenue. I consider it a relationship even though it is a business transaction. They are in business to make money...nothing wrong with that in my opinion. The devil is in the details though and it's all about how I'm treated as I commit to spending my hard earned money. I started doing business with Pomoco back in 2008. I had bought a 2008 Jeep Wrangler Unlimited at another dealer down the road. Not long after I bought the Jeep, Pomoco and the other dealer swapped some brands they were selling and I ended up at Pomoco for service. From the beginning, I was treated like I bought the Jeep from them. My first great experience was with service with Jeff Anton. Jeff is the man as far as I am concerned. I trust my vehicles with him when I bring them in for service. He was the main factor when I traded my 2008 Jeep in for a 2011 Jeep Wrangler Unlimited. My experience with Jeff caused me not to even think of taking my business anywhere else. My 2011 purchase introduced me to the sales team at Pomoco. I also worked with Dave Lawson for the first time. As the General Sales Manager he could have left everything to his sales force but he quickly solidified my positive impression of Pomoco. Dave has always struck me as honest and genuinely caring to find the right car and best deal for his customer. Another shining star at Pomoco. Fast forward to last month, September 2014, and we were back at Pomoco car shopping. It started out with my daughter looking to buy a car. She had her mind made up for either a hemi Challenger or Charger. She settled on a 2014 Charger. That's when we met Keith Jones. Keith treated my daughter with dignity and respect. Others may have passed her up and dismissed her. Keith worked with her to pick out the car she wanted. Dave worked out the best deal for her on the financing. At the same time I had the team appraise my Jeep for a trade in. They offered me exactly what I had in mind and what my internet research placed the value at. So, after some test drives I settled on a 2015 Chrysler 200S. With my Jeep worth way more than I owed on it I had no problem closing the deal on a new car. One week later, we were back looking for something for my wife. She had been driving the same car for the last 14 years and since it was our 37th anniversary, I wanted to surprise her. We went back to Keith thinking we wanted a Fiat for her. Dave graciously allowed her to take one home and drive it to work the next day. Mean while Dave kept sharpening his pencil and thinking what he could do for her. When we came back the next evening with the Fiat, Dave had a bright red 2014 Dodge Dart sitting up front. Knowing that red was her favorite color car, he had worked out a deal we couldn't pass up so we bought the Dart instead of the Fiat. So three cars in about two weeks speaks volumes about how we feel about Pomoco. We will continue to do business with them, especially as long as Dave, Keith and Jeff are there. There are others there and I am sorry I can't remember their names. The entire staff makes us feel welcome. Like I said at the beginning, they are in business to sell cars. I don't mind them making a honest living. That is what makes America great. I was not paid to write this review and if your mileage varies from mine, so be it. As far as I'm concerned, I'll keep going back to Pomoco. Dave Lawson, Keith Jones and Jeff Anton.....thanks for treating me and my family with honesty and respect. It's paying big dividends for you. Never once was I greeted or asked if I had been helped. Another customer came in and he hesitantly assisted him. After seeing this I figured I needed to help myself if I wanted help. I asked if he was busy our could he cheek me in. His rude response was that they were all busy. I asked if he coold check me in as was now 10 after my appt. He reluctantly did check me in and my simple oil change took an hour to complete. After reading all the rave reviews, I expected better. More

This was a return trip to Pomoco. Purchased a Grand Marques there in 2003. That was a good experience; thus a reason to return. We had looked at a different car at another dealer Saturday morning. That dealer was "pushing" certain cars - at least I felt so. Chris Santos greeted us at the door. A great guy and very low key in his approach (which we liked). We settled on a Town and Country minivan. The price was acceptable and the finance experience was better than the other dealer. We actually got a car with MANY more extras for less money than the "other" brand and dealer. Pomoco gave us a fair price and that was it-pure and simple. As mentioned, I had done much research and had a good idea of what I could get on trade in and what the new car would cost. More
I was really just coming in to price out a new truck. I had my eye on the new trucks for quite some time especially since they have the best gas mileage on top of everything else Dodge Ram. The salesperson I first started with over the internet I met in the lot and she walked me around their ample inventory, but the one I wanted with the things I wanted in it just wasn't there. That was when Dave brought me and my wife into his office and built my truck, priced it out cheaper than what USAA could get for me, and I was hooked :-) Dave told me that for a nominal $50 he would order my truck with everything I desired on it and it would be here in 6-8 weeks! He said that if it doesn't work out that the truck I built was so nice that he could easily sell it on the lot. My mind is screaming NO WAY!! That is MY truck! :-) This has been one of the most pleasent experiences to date buying a vehicle hands down. I have had the experience of feeling "dirty" buying a car, or feeling pressured, but none of that with Dave Lawson and his people at POMOCO. Thank you all so much and I will definitely recommend you to all my friends! More
