Service was good and timely, once my car was completed I was told that the needed parts for my 06 Dodge Daytona (PCM unit and Steering wheel wiring harness) were discontinued in 2021 and I should check on e was told that the needed parts for my 06 Dodge Daytona (PCM unit and Steering wheel wiring harness) were discontinued in 2021 and I should check on eBay or Junkyard for the parts. I engaged the service department for an oil change and state inspection. The costly recommended services in no way contributed to my state inspection. My vehicle failed inspection without a clear explanat state inspection. The costly recommended services in no way contributed to my state inspection. My vehicle failed inspection without a clear explanation. The reason listed was not consistent in the paperwork. Needless to say, this dealership has lost my trust. I own both a Jeep and a Dodge and have been loyal to the brand for years. However, I will not, nor can I recommend this dealership to friends and family. More
