Easiest vehicle purchase ever. I knew what I wanted and Quentin made it happen. Contacted them about the vehicle on a Saturday and drove it away on Monday. Financing and trade-in w I knew what I wanted and Quentin made it happen. Contacted them about the vehicle on a Saturday and drove it away on Monday. Financing and trade-in were all coordinated online before my arrival at the dealership. 30 minutes of signing paperwork and I was out the door with my new ride. Well done! More

They kept us there for over 4 hours, most of time, not giving us an update about the financing process. They general manger kept demanding that we give them a $1,000 dollars down or we couldn't give us th giving us an update about the financing process. They general manger kept demanding that we give them a $1,000 dollars down or we couldn't give us the car. The finance guy we saw at the end of four hours was not very friendly or helpful. I doubt we go back. One of the worst car shopping experience I had. More
