Good, just needs minor improvements. I took my Jeep Compass in for its regular oil change and a complimentary detail. On its last oil change the mechanic got a little sloppy and left oil/ I took my Jeep Compass in for its regular oil change and a complimentary detail. On its last oil change the mechanic got a little sloppy and left oil/grease all over the inside and outside of my car. So this time I got a complimentary detail. To me a detail is a thorough cleaning. In reality a "detail" was washing the car, wiping off the windows and vacuuming the floorboards. To say I was disappointed was an understatement. To me a real detail is washing, wiping down every surface, cleaning windows, conditioning seats, removing any carpet stains and vacuuming. I had to giggle when I noticed the little sticker they put in the top corner of the windshield reminding you of your next service, had left smudged finger prints all over my window. Also I wasnt able to pick up my car same day so after the wash it was left under a tree cause there were drips and debris on my car. Oh well, it was free. You get what you pay for. More
