Used to get multi-point inspection during oil change. Apparently not the case any more as was not done last two visits. Last visit I had requested they also change front wipers which was not done. I understand that because I purchase my vehicles from this dealership oil change is free, but why the lesser service lately. And why over an hour-and-a-half in express lane for oil change.
