Made an appointment online, only for my wife to be told when she brought it by that it was first-come, first-serve, and that she was just fortunate that they had room for the van at that time. Then I received a text when it was done, and my wife who was waiting in the wait area had no idea it was ready until I told her. She then found it very difficult to get a hold of someone to tell her where the van was. When she asked one of the employees where the van was, and that she didn't know where it was, she was asked sarcastically, "Did you lose it?"
