For the first time since 2004, I waited for an oil change for more than 3 hours. The agent said they have 5 lub people but only one showed up. They worked with me on getting three different high ticket items fixed on my car, and they got it done quicker than they thought. We have been going to this same dealership and have bought multiple vehicles from them since we moved to the area nearly 10 years ago. The Pandemic and natural staff turnover (retirement) has resulted in an understaffed and inexperienced crew that operate way below the standard we became accustomed to. More

They failed my car for inspection. My father in law, a mechanic, picked the car up knowing the findings were false. Took it to another shop and it passed with no needed service.
