I've had all service (Company Fleet and Personal vehicles) completed at the dealership for 15 years. Unfortunately, this was one of the not-so-great visits. * The cost of the repairs was almost double what online research suggested. * I dropped the vehicle prior week and requested pickup for use the following weekend. * I was advised the vehicle would be completed as requested and cleaned. * At 4PM the following Friday, too late to be completed for the requested weekend, I'd still received no call to advise on vehicle status. * I called the Service Department (2) times and was advised I'd receive a call back. * Finally, after no call, I called -- to find the Service Team had all gone home. * I finally received a call -- advising the parts had just come in and that my vehicle would not be ready until the following Monday. * I received a call on Saturday advising my repairs had been completed -- unfortunately, too late to pick up or use the vehicle for the weekend. * I will now need to make arrangements to pick up the vehicle one day this week (I drive from Newport News daily). Zero communication with service advisor. Never returned calls or called when he said he would. Oil drain plug blew out in the way home from service. Overall horrible experience. No envelopes for early bird drop off. Had to make my own. The tech at least ran all of the needed tests to make sure the truck was ok. He was good. More

Y’all are incompetent in both your service department and parts department. I was told multiple times the truck would be completed by a certain date and then it would change when that date came along. Y’all parts department. Y’all need to really consider who your hiring for your positions, in both departments. I have already began telling everyone I know not to go to this dealership due to your incompetence and communication issues between your departments. I had faith in southern until this repair was needed to be made. I will not bring my vehicle back to this branch ever again. More
