Extremely long wait that was over 2 hours for an express oil change. In addition, service rep called me for an oil system cleaning because car was 2000 miles over periodicity in actuality it was about 3000 oil change. After 2 weeks of having my Jeep it had to go back to them for engine noise. They are working diligently to resolve the issue but I feel like communication could be better. That’s just my opinion.
