I bought a vehicle from Southern and was told that an oil change can be done in the express lane and has an average wait time of 26 minutes. I drove an hour just to get an oil change and was told 1 to 1 1/2 change can be done in the express lane and has an average wait time of 26 minutes. Not only was there not a rental available as we requested but the wait was 5 hours. The mechanic didn’t give any details on what was wrong with the tires and just said they were cracked and not that there wa but the wait was 5 hours.
