I bought a vehicle from Southern and was told that an oil change can be done in the express lane and has an average wait time of 26 minutes. I drove an hour just to get an oil change and was told 1 to 1 1/2 change can be done in the express lane and has an average wait time of 26 minutes. I drove an hour just to get an oil change and was told 1 to 1 1/2 hours and it took over 2 hours. You shouldn't advertise this service to try and get customers then not be able to follow through. I have since talked to friends who have had the same experience. Noone was apologetic about going over the time told to me. More
I brought my vehicle in at seven in the morning and was getting a call to pick it up at 2 PM that same day along with two or three calls throughout the process, giving me updates. Not only was there not a rental available as we requested but the wait was 5 hours. The mechanic didn’t give any details on what was wrong with the tires and just said they were cracked and not that there wa but the wait was 5 hours. The mechanic didn’t give any details on what was wrong with the tires and just said they were cracked and not that there was a gaping hole in it. This would’ve been important to know. Hopefully getting new tires will fix the steering issue but it is my understanding Jeep doesn’t have a true fix for this and most likely won’t. More
