Worst experience I’ve ever had at a service department. Unorganized and chaotic. Needed back glass replaced, your service department was unable to get ahold of the company that replaces and diagnoses the p Unorganized and chaotic. Needed back glass replaced, your service department was unable to get ahold of the company that replaces and diagnoses the problem so they told me to contact them. After several attempts that was finally fixed. On multiple occasions my truck never moved from the parking spot I parked it in even though I had an appointment to fix my vehicle. Supposedly ordered the part to fix the problem for the a/c seats, but after multiple attempts it still didn’t work. No one ever calls you to let you know the part is in or returns your call. They have no communication period. Have left messages for manager of dealership, he also does not return calls. If I could give a less than zero rating I would. More

had my truck towed in do to 2 recalls . took them 5 weeks to get it done then 3 days later had to take it back do to it making noise in the rear diff.they said he over torqued the pinion be took them 5 weeks to get it done then 3 days later had to take it back do to it making noise in the rear diff.they said he over torqued the pinion bearing. how deos a ASE certified mechanic not know how to use a torque wren ch???? they now have had my truck for another 3 weeks and still dont have the part to repair it and said they have no idea when they will get there!!! this xxxxxxxx!!!!!!!!
