From start to finish Ariel was very polite and pleasant, no pressure tactics! Ariel was patient and very knowledgeable of what she was doing. Ariel kept me informed up to the minute what stage my vehicle was at, with finally meeting me with my car at the service window, of all the service calls to my vehicle during the years, I must say that Ariel was above and beyond her duties and for that I am grateful.
