I had a check engine light and was leaving on a trip in two days. I called them and they told me to come in. They took me immediately and were able to troubleshoot and resolve the issue. First, the appointment was at 8am and ended up having to wait for 3 hours. Additionally, we have inspections for the life of the car, we feel the car was falsely identified as having issues with the rotors wait for 3 hours. Additionally, we have inspections for the life of the car, we feel the car was falsely identified as having issues with the rotors and given a rejection sticker so that we don’t get our inspections there anymore.
