My experience at this location was absolutely horrible. My vehicle was dropped off on a Thursday. I did not get a call with updates at all. I gave it a few extra days as the Monday after I dropped off my c My vehicle was dropped off on a Thursday. I did not get a call with updates at all. I gave it a few extra days as the Monday after I dropped off my car was a holiday. It took for me to call that following Wednesday (Thursday would have been a week) to ask about my car before any work was done on my car. I received a call that Thursday stating that everything was done however it failed the state inspection due to a non functioning trunk light assembly. I asked what that would cost me and I was told $250 which brought my bill to over $1000. I asked the advisor if there were any discounts they could offer me considering I been without my car for and entire week without any repairs been done to it and all he could do hem and haw. I told them to put the reject on it. I found a coupon myself paid for the work that was done took my car home, found the light assembly online for $39 and my husband installed it in about 3 minutes. You all were planning to charge me $250 for a $39. fix. I was told the part was $142 and the labor was going to be $100 for an hours worth of installation. About 2-3 days later I brought my vehicle back in for a reinspection. I was left sitting in the bay for about 20 minutes before anyone helped me and then once I was overheard telling another customer that the service sucked here the service advisor finally came to tell me that they would be pulling my car in shortly. Finally and hour later my car had the new inspection sticker. The worst experience ever. This was Greenbrier Dodge location. More
