I have left messages for Kim Evans the Service Manager, Brett Lloyd the General Manager, and Taylor Roberts a Client Care Manager with no luck. Taylor did try to call me yesterday when I was unavailable but multiple attempts to call back and an email response all failed. When my car was in for servicing a few weeks ago I tried to call the Service rep on Friday afternoon to see if my car was ready for pick up as promised but no one responded to my messages. I talked to another Service rep on Saturday and he said that he would call me back in the afternoon to give a status. He didn't call and I left him messages with no response. It wasn't until the next week that I heard back from my rep. The kicker is that the problem that I brought my car in for was not fixed. The communication failures seem to go from the top down in this dealership. I paid $200 for a complete checkup but driving home the dashboard system is telling me that I have an issue with my tires and my suspension, so the mechanics seem to be sloppy too.
