Communication was lacking. Booked online for repairs. Showed up on time as scheduled, to be told no one could look at until Monday (2 days). Fine. Monday 2 pm still nothing. Emailed and got an AI (I hope) response from Sales. I replied asking about my truck to receive a phone call from a guy that didn't know why he was calling me. Extremely frustrating. Service didn't call me to tell me my truck was ready, they then dodged me completely and called an alternate and left a message with my husband that it was ready the following day. All the irritation stemmed from employees lack of communication and a xxxxxxxx AI email. All of that can be fixed. I won't recommend until I have a better experience. Money comes from people, you need clients. More
