Very helpful and friendly Service Department. I dropped off my car the night before and got a text as soon as they pulled my car in for service (Oil Change). They recommended a couple other things but did off my car the night before and got a text as soon as they pulled my car in for service (Oil Change). They recommended a couple other things but did not push me to do them (I like that). The new building is beautiful including the service department, and the staff reflect that beauty. Thing one thing that wasn't complete was the resetting of my oil change alert on my dash, but I can do that. More

The staff at this dealership understand the definition of custom service. Very timely and thorough in the service provided. I had an engine light on, the code I read with my scanner was P018c, which is fuel rail pressure sensor, I told Nancy what the code was and asked if that was covered by the Powertrain Warranty and she respon was P018c, which is fuel rail pressure sensor, I told Nancy what the code was and asked if that was covered by the Powertrain Warranty and she responded we would have to check it out, I responded if its not covered then I will fix it myself and she said we will have to check it out. The simple answer to the question was yes or no was the P018c code I provided covered by the warranty. The long and short of it is I paid you guys $139,.00 to tell me its not covered, totally unacceptable. More
