Very pleased with Nicole Bandera and her service however I was not at all happy with the call center because the call center overbooked Nicole and scheduled me for a 2 PM appointment to have my oil changed I was not at all happy with the call center because the call center overbooked Nicole and scheduled me for a 2 PM appointment to have my oil changed in my truck I finally got my truck oil change done at 4 pm and my truck was returned to me after 5 pm . Nicole Bandera, my service rep. Was very helpful and let me know that the call center had overbooked her. Call center had booked me for. 2 pm appt and it cost me Three extra hours of my time having my truck returned at 5 pm ! Very happy with Nicole and her service !!!! VERY UNHAPPY with the Call Center and the way they scheduled my appt . If I cannot make my appointments directly with my service rep,Nicole , I most definitely will not deal with the call center again !! On a scale of 1-10, Nicole gets a 10 and the Call Center gets a -2. !!! More
