Without an appointment the staff took my truck diagnosed the problem and researched any outstanding recalls. It turns out that a recall was due and it affected my vehicle’s issue. We were disappointed after coming in for a simple oil change and later realizing that the technician left a screw off on the belly panel under the car and it was hanging down. I had to drive over an hour change and later realizing that the technician left a screw off on the belly panel under the car and it was hanging down. I had to drive over an hour just to retrieve the hardware that he didn’t put back where he found it. It really called into question the quality of the work and left us feeling very dissatisfied with the experience. More
