The work completed took longer than originally stated. As a parent of 4 children, I did not appreciate having to go without a vehicle for 4 days just to have the aux battery replaced. I took my car in for a service with an appointment. It needed to be diagnosed for a problem I was having. They recommended leaving it. I was a little leery since I had problems with a different dealer It needed to be diagnosed for a problem I was having. They recommended leaving it. I was a little leery since I had problems with a different dealer not working on my vehicle for 4 days, they completed it in 2 days. Service staff was exceptional. Ty kept me in the loop easily through text messaging. The other dealer did not even call me once. Thank you for the experience. More
