Mechanical issues were not addressed until the third time around. Truck was left in the parking lot over 2-3 weeks without a word to the customer as far as time frame. Customer was charged for a water pump t around. Truck was left in the parking lot over 2-3 weeks without a word to the customer as far as time frame. Customer was charged for a water pump that did not stop the leak on first try. 2nd try customer was charged for a radiator that didn't fix the leak. On the 3rd attempt from the leak the Mechanic replaced the thermostat and the thermostat housing that was about to stop the leak. Customer was not offered a loaner car or anything. The truck was placed in the shop roughly around Jan 2 or Jan 4,2024. Customer finally received the vehicle back February or Feb 6,2024. Customer should have never been charged and this type of service is the lowest form of service that I have ever seen with a Southern dealership. I own 3 Mopar/Dodge products. I will never visit or recommend anyone who needs superior and quality service. More

The dealership overall is great, the only issue I had was my appointment was for 730am for a state inspection, my car was not ready until 4pm. Absolutely crappy experience. Was in the service line at 0615 for 0700 opening. Wanted an oil change (last of three "free" oil changes remaining from new purchase) and a state i Was in the service line at 0615 for 0700 opening. Wanted an oil change (last of three "free" oil changes remaining from new purchase) and a state inspection. Well I was in the wrong lane. I pulled into the oil change line. They said that I had to go get in the other lane, that was now 10 deep. They also said that I had to call for a state inspection. That that had been the rule of months. Having been on their website as soon as yesterday I can assure you that that requirement is not mentioned anywhere. I left; I won't be back. They can stick my last "free" oil change in their ear. More
