I am very dissatisfied with my service there on Sat. July 11, 2020. I asked for my right rear turn signal to be switched out because it went out on my way there. I was advised it is going to take longer than 11, 2020. I asked for my right rear turn signal to be switched out because it went out on my way there. I was advised it is going to take longer than 39 mins which that was fine. Service tech returns over an hour later advising me that they replaced my bulb but it still doesn't work, and that it sounded like it was an electrical issue, but he could not look at it unless i pay for the diagnostics for it. I said ok I'll figure it out later. I took it to O'Reillys, explained the situation to him. He came out of the store and took apart my tail light, and showed me that my turn signal bulb was blown. All it needed was a new bulb, my right rear turn signal has not had an issues since it got a new bulb in it.... More

Had my truck towed in for a draw test on the battery May 21 2020. I was told the instrument cluster and keyless entry was bad. I was given a quote of $1300.00. A 15% first responder discount as well as an 21 2020. I was told the instrument cluster and keyless entry was bad. I was given a quote of $1300.00. A 15% first responder discount as well as an oil change coupon was supposed to be deducted from this price. 6 days later I get a call stating that my vehicle is ready and the total is over $1800 dollars. I tried to remote start my vehicle and it did not work. When inquired about that then I was told the remote start was the problem which was a week later. Also I was not informed that my second key needed to be reprogrammed. Now it’s June 8 2020 and I’m sitting at Hall waiting for my second key to be programmed and at the same time they are saying it may not be possible which I’m not understanding. The two keys are the same. If one was programmed then the other should be programmed. Let’s see what the outcome will be. It is now 11:04 am and I’m waiting. It is now 11:28 and reprogramming was a success. I’m really upset about the pricing its hundreds of dollars more than what I was quoted and I’m less a remote feature no one decided to inform me about in the beginning of all this. About two hours later I received a call form Hall and the solution that we agreed upon was very satisfactory. More
