I just had the worst experience with service at this dealership I have been coming to for 4 years. I took my car in because I had a leak in my sunroof. I also had a problem with a rear window motor. I understand that circumstances make getting the window parts more difficult right now. But there is no excuse for having my car for 10 days and not communicating in a professional way. Steve NEVER took my calls. He would only text me during the whole time my car was there. I think we actually talked on the phone once the entire time. After I picked up my car I called him again, left a message, and asked for a Manager to call because I thought the leak might be happening again. Steve texted (of course) and said ok. 30 minutes later I had to call because no one called me. During the call, the Manager, did take time to talk through the service that was done and pointed out things to look for to verify the leak. Unfortunately, he also insulted me in the process by insinuating that as a woman I must hold on to the grab bar when my husband is driving. There is no excuse for how this situation was handled despite their claim that a lack of staff overwhelmed them. It makes me think twice about ever purchasing another vehicle from this dealership. More

My only complaint, and this is through no fault of his, is having an appointment for a mere oil change, and still waiting 1 hour and 50 minutes to get out of there. If I were a walk-in, I could see it, but with an appointment, this is a ridiculously long wait for this simple service, and a waste of a customer's valuable time. More
