When I picked up the car, didnt watch the vid text until hours later. I am certainly not going to back to you for that minor job so soon: I will do it or have someone else do it(maybe another Jeep dealership , ergo, you have just left money on the table. I KNOW in these trying times (post pandemic ) for the car sales industry and dealerships, you dont want to do that. Solution: Put any suggested work somewhere on the receipt AND make sure that the service rep knows about it , calls the customer to inform them such when telling them the car is ready AND/OR when I arrive, go over the item with me so I can decide to do it then or make an appointment for later. My service rep was very efficient , but apparently, didn’t know I needed the filter. Also, I had the HUNT that large parking lot with my fob alarm to find my Jeep. NOT GOOD . That really pissed me off and wasted my time. Bring my car to me, just I have to drive it into your service area to the rep. More
