I’ve been here twice with scheduled appointments for oil changes. The first time was in August 2024 (don’t remember who my advisor was), and it wasn’t the greatest experience. I had reserved a loaner when I made the appointment & of course when I showed up there was no loaner available. They offered for the valet to bring me home instead & for some reason I ended up waiting over an hour before the valet was able to bring me home. I was told the oil change would take two hours total & they would notify me as soon as my vehicle was ready for pick up, as I had expressed I needed my vehicle back by a certain time (well outside of the 2 hour window I was told at drop off). About 3 hours had elapsed from when I dropped it off & I had yet to receive any communication about my vehicle. I also tried to call multiple times to check on the status & could never get anyone on the phone. I ended up having to get a friend to bring me up to the dealership so I could retrieve my vehicle & when I got there, it had “just got done” & they were bringing the keys up any moment. Needless to say I was very frustrated after that experience & did not plan to return. However, I decided to give them another chance in April 2025 & my experience was much better. I worked with Angela Johnson & she did a great job keeping me informed. I dropped it off during my lunch break & received a call about an hour later that it was ready for pick up. When I arrived after work to pick it up, I was in & out within 5 minutes. Based on my second appointment experience, I will be back again! More

I was disappointed in the service before this oil change. The last time I was missing my air caps and something was spilled on my bumper which stained it. This time was a much better experience. First thing is I wonder what the purpose of scheduling an appointment when they’re just going to look at your vehicle when they’re ready. I dropped my car off Saturday 3/29 with a scheduled appointment of 11 appointment when they’re just going to look at your vehicle when they’re ready. I dropped my car off Saturday 3/29 with a scheduled appointment of 11:30am. When I arrived to drop my car off, I was told that they may not get to look at my car until Tuesday 4/1! Again, what was the purpose of scheduling an appointment for Saturday just to say its not getting looked at the same day. I understand that they may not repair it the same day due to parts or tech availability however if thats the case, DON’T SCHEDULE THET TYPE OF WORK. Then I requested a shuttle home since I only live 2 miles up the road and I was told that they don’t have shuttles on the weekends!!! This is really setting the employees up for a soon to be very irate customer. Also, I was told they did not provide loaner vehicles although I have had one recently. After paying $15 to Uber for a 5min ride up the road, I was home. Days passed and Tuesday 4/1 comes around. The joke was on me that day expecting a call with an update about my vehicle. I patiently waited until after 4pm to see if someone would actually call me. (I expected no call due to this same scenario happening less than a year ago at the same dealership). I then noticed that my vehicle hasnt moved from the spot it was parked on Saturday due to a GPS tracker I have installed. I called the dealer and was told my advisor was out. So was anyone going to at least give me an update?? I was told they were just about to call….. Honestly, I find that VERY hard to believe. Once the problem was diagnosed the process was smooth and only took 3 more days to get my car back which I totally understand due to ordering parts, etc. More
