Took jeep for service on 1/14/2025. Katy the shuttle person dropped me of at 815 and Mike text me at 330 asking me to call ASAP. Originally called to schedule for an appointment was told that an advisor would call me back in which they didn’t. After calling back I was able to schedule the appointment. Called the day before to find out that an advisor would call me back in which they didn’t. After calling back I was able to schedule the appointment. Called the day before to find out I was incorrectly entered into the system so I had to have that fixed. The recall didn’t take long but the scheduling problems will be the reason I would be hesitant to return to this dealer. More
