Worth the wait!!! I had a major engine issue with my grand Cherokee SRT that was originally purchased from Carmax. I had the warranty work completed at this dealership because that is where I always come for service. My vehicle was out of commission for over 30 days but Berna was awesome! She kept me informed every step of the way and ensured I was only responsible for the deductible! This location will always be my first choice and Berna is my favorite! Thanks to all the mechanics and personnel involved in the headaches my SUV caused! Lol More
