I would rate Angela at 1 and Daniel at 3. Had numerous issues with lack of communication that required me to request the service manager to call me in order to escalate my being ignored for o Had numerous issues with lack of communication that required me to request the service manager to call me in order to escalate my being ignored for over 24 hours on the status of troubleshooting on my truck. Daniel reached out and listened and then communication was better. Until when I picked up my truck and the inside was still with standing water in the center console and passenger floor board. Angela took truck to tech and they wiped it out. But there were many other indicators on the lack of professionalism from Angela and the tech doing the work. I was supposed to get an oil change which I am not sure happened and none of the other items that are advertised with an oil change were cometed. The safety inspection, lubricate the drive shaft, etc which was originally scheduled for a Friday appointment but since the truck was in early due to leak of rain into truck,none of that other stuff was accomplished. I also question the oil change since the oil life meter on the truck was not reset, yes that is minor but if the last few steps of a procedure is not followed,what else was missed? More
