I'll just put it this way, there was an issue that I expected would not end up satisfactory. ( the issue stemmed from another dealership i purchased an oil change pkg from and they didn't transfer it to expected would not end up satisfactory. Angela stepped up and handled the problem catching me totally off guard as I was expecting an argument. That's customer service!
