I was given a price for diagnostic fee and told that if the work needed to be done fail under the diagnostic, there would be no extra charge. I originally had an appointment for 27 May, Memorial Day, booked online, so I wouldn’t have to miss work. I even got 3 reminders. I show up and the place is closed. Why allow people to book appointments on booked online, so I wouldn’t have to miss work. I even got 3 reminders. I show up and the place is closed. Why allow people to book appointments online for obvious days off? I know you have a web developer. Please adjust the website so picking erroneous days isn’t an option. I was very frustrated that day and wasted my time. I just started a new job and don’t have enough vacation bank to just take a day off, so I thought I was being wise by scheduling on a holiday. Once I rebooked the service everything was grand. More
