Was a customer of Hall Jeep, excellent service. My 2015 Jeep needed extensive service and Hall was wonderful. Spent $4500 on my repair. Southern is a nightmare. Confirmed my service with the specialist, then my son followed me to Southern, and the woman at the service center was rude, and stated repeatedly, "We have no record of you scheduling service, you must have called the wrong location." She argued with me and I ended up walking out. Her comment to me, "Have a NICE day sir." I went to Starr Motors and got the repair, which was $3500. The communication and service was great at Starr! I will not bring any of my 4 cars (one Jeep 2015, one GMC truck 2014, and two Toyota 4-Runners) to Southern. BTW, I called Kevin twice and texted him twice through the Southern website. No response. I am writing a letter to the General Manager. I am also in the market for a new Jeep and I will be custom ordering it. Certainly not from Southern. More
